Trocoll House is a transformative residential development located directly adjacent to Barking Station, creating a striking new gateway to the town. The project forms a key part of Barking’s town centre regeneration, delivering modern, high-quality housing while supporting the borough’s growth and community needs.
Task
Our specialist team are delivering waterproofing, roofing, and balcony solutions across the development, including critical project requirement namely target U Value 0.13 W/m2K and compliance with BROOft4, project specification includes: Hotmelt Waterproofing System to all Main Roofs and Terraces achieving a target U Value of 0.13 W/m2K and filter sheet. Cold applied polyurethane structural waterproofing tanking 195 no concrete Balcones. Finishes: Installation of extensive green roofs, 600x600x50mm paving on metal pedestals, gravel ballast and Ryno Tiles on Metal Pedestals - Quadro 600x600xmm Porcelain tiles Nero Anthracite 20mm thick. Coordination with structural and architectural teams to meet design specifications and maintain safety standards.
