Task
Roofing & Waterproofing Scope of Works: Hotmelt Waterproofing System applied 2 coats, reinforcement layer and cap sheet laps brush rolled. Applied to key areas to provide robust, long-lasting protection. Bituminous felt System installed for premium flat roof performance and resilience. Single-Ply Membrane applied to shower pods and Office Roof including VCL 220mm PIR flat board 0.11 W/m2 and fleece back single ply membrane fully adhered. Coordination with architectural and structural teams to integrate roofing and waterproofing solutions seamlessly into the building design.
