The Beresford Street project is a high-density student accommodation development in Woolwich, London, delivering 120 modern student rooms across a 12-storey block. Strategically located next to the Premier Inn, this development forms an extension to the adjacent 14-storey, 298-room student block.
Task
Robson Roofing delivered comprehensive roofing, waterproofing, and terrace solutions, including: Structural hotmelt waterproofing system including primer applied to zero falls concrete substrate, bitumen primer, first coat hotmelt, polyester reinforcement layer, 2nd coat hotmelt and capping sheet. Extruded polystyrene insulation to achieve 0.13 W/m²K. Sustainable green roof systems enhancing biodiversity and visual appeal. Durable conservation paving installed on terraces on metal pedestals.
