Lancashire Court Project
The Lancashire Court project involved the refurbishment and upgrade of a prominent residential/commercial building. Our specialist team was commissioned to install a hotmelt waterproof roofing system, including BRooft4 specification and foam glass non-combustible insulation with BREEAM excellent A+ rating. Delivering high-performance protection, long-term durability, and compliance with all building standards.
Task
Scope of works comprise the following: Hotmelt structural waterproofing and felt hybrid system, BRooft4 foam glass insulation BREEAM A+ U Value 0.18 W/m2K. Finishes include paving and gravel ballast on metal pedestals. Precision detailing around roof edges, parapets, and penetrations. Coordination with structural and M&E teams for rooftop plant integration.
