Task
Scope of works comprise the following. Careful removal of existing 100mm liquid Warm Roof system to all roof zones spanning 2,000m2. Weathertightness maintained throughout, including night sealing every day. Installation of the structural polyurethane waterproofing system, providing robust protection against the elements including primer, self-adhesive, VCL layer, 100mm tissue face PIR insulation to achieve target U Value, carried membrane, base coat, remit reinforcement layer and topcoat to finish. Precision detailing around roof edges, parapets, and roof penetrations. Coordination with structural and M&E teams to integrate rooftop plant areas seamlessly. Ensuring full compliance with all health & safety and quality standards. High-performance, long-life roofing system for a busy central London building.
