We have been engaged to deliver a full design-and-build roofing package for a new-build 101-unit apart-hotel at 83 Gunnersbury Lane, West London. The works form part of a long-form subcontract and include full responsibility for design, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of all roof systems in accordance with contract specifications and manufacturer requirements.
Task
Robson Roofing delivered comprehensive roofing, waterproofing, and terrace solutions, including: Structural hotmelt waterproofing system including primer applied to zero falls concrete substrate, bitumen primer, first coat hotmelt, polyester reinforcement layer, 2nd coat hotmelt and capping sheet. Extruded polystyrene insulation to achieve 0.13 W/m²K. Sustainable green roof systems enhancing biodiversity and visual appeal. Durable conservation paving installed on terraces on metal pedestals These works to be executed with strict quality control and safety compliance to support BAM’s construction programme milestones.
