Campkin Road
Cambridge Investment Partnership (CIP) is developing a new residential scheme along Campkin Road. The proposed development will replace the existing residential buildings, that are no longer fit for purpose, with a new residential scheme. The new site will provide 75 new, council rented homes. A key feature of the development will be the incorporation of green roofs, encouraging biodiversity.
Task
Scope of works comprises hotmelt applied to concrete in situ slab, XPS insulation to achieve 0.12 W/m2K and extensive green roof to finish. Upstands include rigid urethane insulation and UV stable mineral felt applied fully bonded. Additional scope items include perimeter powder coated external parapet flashing and the supply and installation of outlets and inspection chambers.
