The Kings Cross triangle site is a mixed-use development located to the northeast of Kings Cross


The residential Build-to-Rent development is in the W-zone in Kings Cross, a triangular site, bounded by the Kings Cross and St Pancras railway lines. The cluster of 4 Highrise buildings forms a mini neighbourhood, creating both an attractive and protected space. The development will create 218 new homes across 4 buildings and amenities will also include a fitness centre, screening room, dining area, retail space and a crèche. Robson roofing are partnering with Midgard to develop the roof design comprising Radmat Permaquick inverted roofing system, 235mm Protherm Ultra XPS to 5 main roof area (W1E, W1W, W2, W3 & Central Roof) the average weighted U Value is 0.11 W/m2K. Finishes include paving’s, ballast, bio-diverse and green roofs constructed on100mm attenuating blue roof system. Balcony construction includes encapsulated 50mm non-combustible T3 foam glass with Esherflex felt torch applied in a warm roof application, 20mm porcelain tiles support by no combustible metal pedestal to finish. Total roof areas span across 5,500m2. Podium construction includes 1,701m2 Permaquick hotmelt with texsa,100mm attenuating blue roof system and void former to build up floor levels. Other scope items include supply and installation of abseil points in line with maintenance access strategy, access hatches and perimeter mansafe systems.
