Scope of works comprises hotmelt applied to concrete in situ slab, XPS insulation to achieve 0.11 W/m2K and filter sheet. Finishes include 20/40mm gravel, extensive green roof to level 7 main roof and Marshalls Rivero paving on rail system to balconies and terraces. Block E main roof includes tata steel standing steam system flat pan system on WBP plywood.
Task
Other scope items include powder coated capping to roof perimeter, PPC cladding system to parapets, man safe system and Davit system to facilitate the façade access and cleaning strategy.
