Southbank Place
Southbank Place is major landmark development with a mix of offices, homes and retail space integrated with open and attractive public areas. While pedestrian routes will connect nearby Waterloo Station with the South Bank of the River Thames, a widened Chicheley Street will open the approach to the London Eye, and a square at the heart of the scheme will provide open space and help people move around the area.
Task
Robson Roofing are undertaking works to podium areas comprising the supply and installation of structural joist work, WBP Plywood and structural waterproofing closing off all openings both vertically and horizontally. Structural waterproofing to podium field areas include Radmats rubberised fully bonded Permaquick 6100 system, applied in 2 coats with Esher Flex black mineral UV stable cap sheet. Weathering penetrations, upstands, down stands, junctions are all inclusive of the full system installation.
