Principle design for Colville Road in Cambridge is to deliver affordable homes in a variety of houses and apartments for the Cambridge Investment Partnership.
Task
Roof works on the scheme comprise hollow core planks and concrete topping to form the roof substrate, once fully cured Radmat 6100 Permaquick waterproofing system applied. Extruded polystyrene insulation laid at 235mm will achieve 0.12 W/m2K and extensive green roof to finish. Additional scope items include perimeter mansafe system and PPC perimeter copings.
