Constructed using volumetric modular methods, large factory-produced building modules are assembled on site for fast, precise construction. The hotel will operate as a four-star Motel One, providing modern, functional hospitality accommodation seamlessly integrated with premium office floors below.
Task
Roofing and waterproofing scope of works includes: Structural plywood deck with primer and vapour control layer to main roof area. Bituminous torch applied three-layer on tapered insulation (0.18?W/m²K) to main roof, terraces, and stair cores. A green roof for terraces to enhance sustainability and visual appeal. Bespoke design, supply and install PPC perimeter capping, bespoke insulated M&E insulated housings units.
