Rushey Green
Rushey Green Project is the redevelopment of an existing office building, transformed in to a six-storey residential apartment development.
Task
Roof design and installation includes 2,300m2 of inverted roofing system from main roof to lower terraces areas. Radmat waterproof 6100 system is installed to zero falls, extruded polystyrene insulation to achieve U Value 0.11 w/M2K and extensive green roof to finish and in compliance with BREEAM excellence. Counterbalance self-weighted guardrail system installed to main roof perimeter and Radmat LG Board fully clad all parapet areas. Non-combustible paved finishes installed roof terraces laid on adjustable pedestals levelled to door thresholds.
