Lattice Court is a residential new build and part refurbishment scheme based in Aldgate, London.
Lower terrace installation includes the re-coating of concrete balconies/ terrace areas with Sika 625 Liquid Plastics polyurethane coating system, laid in two coats with glass fibre reinforcement layer. Upper Inset terraces and main roof comprise a hotmelt inverted system applied to timber a substrate, extruded polystyrene insulation loose laid with an average weighted U Value 0.13 w/m2k. Installation of man safe, flashings, rainwater outlets installed to satisfy the scope of works. Installation of the biodiverse roof system was designed to support local ecosystems and provide a habitat for local flora and fauna. The biodiverse roof system is also self-maintaining and includes a contoured substrate when complete, cast in wildflower seed mix, logs, and boulders to promote biodiversity.
