Preston Road, Brighton
A transformational project in the Preston Park area of Brighton to deliver 229 BTR apartments across 3 buildings up to 14 storeys in height. In addition to basement parking there is also ground floor office accommodation, residents lounge and amenity spaces that completes the scheme.
Task
Scope of works comprises hotmelt applied to concrete in situ slab, XPS insulation to achieve 0.13 W/m2K and filter sheet to all mean roof areas. Seamless hot applied waterproofing system to podium including bitumen protection spot bonded and taped at joints applied to high risk and areas and scaffold zone adjacent to the building line. Cols Applied waterproofing applied to balconies to maintain access and sequence efficiency. Man safe and it system to facilitate the façade access and cleaning strategy.
